It’s engagement season! She said yes and now it is time to get the planning started. If you are considering Renaissance for your catering, you probably want to know, “When can I try the food?!”
Well, we’ve recently changed to a new system that we think will be more convenient for everyone. From now on, private tastings will be held on Wednesdays at the catering office in Cocoa: 2300 State Road 524 Ste. 101. Cocoa, FL 32926
We will have three time slots available: 5:00pm, 6:00pm and 7:00pm, each hour dedicated to one couple. Your first private tasting is no charge for two people. (If anyone else would like to attend with you it’s an additional $25.00 per person.) After the first private tasting if you would like to have another private tasting there is a charge of $25.00 per person. You can select one appetizer, one salad, one entree, one side and one vegetable. The second guest will have the same selection options that way you can both taste/share different plates.You will send your selections to our main email, info@renaissanceofcfl.com, notating which items belongs to each guest. (Any options on our menu with an ( * ) is an up charge.)
Our Sous Chef Michelle cooks and serves all of the food for the private tastings and will be available to talk to you during the hour long appointment. For customers who have not booked with Renaissance Catering, a credit card is taken to hold the reservation. We require 48 hour notice for cancellations.
