Not only did Renaissance Catering help maintain the morale at the ULA launch early in the week but we also catered not one but two wedding events on Saturday, September 21. One was at the Pelican Beach Club in Satellite Beach and the other was at the Cocoa Civic Center in Old town Cocoa. There was also a concert in the park that night too. So Old Town Cocoa was packed!
