On August 16,2013 the staff at Renaissance catering got into the spirit of the fundraiser for the Brevard County Youth Symphony with the themed “Havana Nights”. A special time was enjoyed by all who attended which included the flavors and sounds of the Caribbean. The food included Ropa Veija, platanos maduros, Vegetarian shepards pie,cubed pork in mojo sauce and arroz con grandules
