A wonderful wedding was held at the Cocoa Civic Center on Saturday January 16, 2010. Renaissance Catering served a fabulous buffet dinner which had a Caribbean Flair. For starters Renaissance Staff served our famous Crab Cakes and Beef Empanadas. Later Black Beans and Rice with Mojo Chicken were just a few of the ethnic foods offered on the aboundant buffet. Brian from Dillon Video did another excellent job as the DJ pump multi-cultural sounds late into the afternoon.
