So far, 2015 has been a great year for us here at Renaissance Catering. Between the bouts of breezy storms and beautiful cool weather, we’ve been kicking off the new year with some fantastic bridal shows in Melbourne and West Palm Beach, as well as a few more fantastic launch events with the United Launch Alliance (who deserve big congratulations for the successful inaugural launch of the new Orion crew module.)
Rocket launches are one fabulous part of life here on the coast of the sunshine state, but they’re certainly not the only cause for celebration. We’ve also been hard at work making wedding dreams come true, with Chef Anthony and our kitchen staff dishing out some scrumptious meals all over central and south Florida. Recently we had the special honor to serve a bit closer to home, right outside our office at the historic Porcher house in downtown Cocoa Village. The dish of the evening was the vibrant and delicious seafood paella!
