A huge bridal showcase was held at the old Circuit City on state road 192 in the Melbourne Square Mall. What a huge show! All the primiere vendors were there , our booth was across from the Space Coast Bidal Magazine. Chef Anthony, Renaissance Catering’s Executive Chef prepared his signature Chicken Cordon Blue. All 235 brides were treated to this culnary treat.
