The Carnival is an iconic event that pops up in cities and counties all across the United States. It’s been around for years and years. Even those who haven’t attended one can probably tell you different aspects about it, just because it’s such an ingrained part of the culture we’re all a part of. They’ll tell you there are rides, there are games to win prizes, they’ll tell you there’s spray on tattoos, petting zoo stations. It’s classic, it’s unchanged, and it’s an institution.
